Requesting a free website and search review, or sending a message, does not create a client relationship and does not commit either side to move forward. We may decline a project, and neither side is committed to paid work until a written proposal or service agreement is accepted.

Paid work is governed by a separate agreement

Deliverables, price, timing, responsibilities, ownership of work product, and payment terms for any paid engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or service agreement. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

No performance guarantees

We do not guarantee search rankings, indexing, traffic, leads, conversions, revenue, or inclusion, citation, or mention in AI-generated answers. Search engines, AI assistants, and other third-party platforms control their own systems, algorithms, and policies, and they change without notice. Our work is to build a strong, honest foundation and improve what we can influence.

Content is general information

Articles, guides, and explanations on this site are general information about web design and search. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other regulated professional advice, and they may not fit your situation. Talk to a qualified professional before relying on anything here for that purpose.
